The other day, Typhoon No. 15 caused great damage to various parts of the country. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those affected by the disaster.
From Saturday, August 31 to Sunday, September 29, disaster drill took place in each evacuation shelter of Nishi Ward.
This time, we will show you the photos of the six sites held on September 1 with photos.

This training was attended by many local people, students from Oimatsu Junior High School and Karuizawa Junior High School and elementary school studenｔ at Tobe Elementary School. In the event of a disaster, a lot of manpower is required in situations such as moving heavy equipment and materials, distributing water and food. At that time, young power will be a great help. From elementary and junior high school, it will be a great asset for Nishi Ward to experience the activities of community support in the future.
