Nice communication! (July 13, 2019)

One year ago Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games participated in Bon Odori in the 18th ward of Yokohama.

On July 13th, an event commemorating the year before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games was held in Yokohama Stadium.
We participated in the Bon Dance Festival by local residents in the 18 wards, with plenty of fun programs such as athlete talk shows related to Yokohama and Japanese drum performances.
The Nishi Ward Ondo, which was presented on the day, was created in 1985 with the theme of "Everyone can sing and dance." Although it was raining, I was pleased to see that as many as 100 members of the Cultural Association gathered together to showcase the power of Nishi Ward on the large stage of the stadium.
In front of the stage, Naka Ward also danced, and a large dance circle was formed across the ward.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games are approaching one year later. This is the first time in 56 years since the Tokyo Games in 1964.
In Yokohama, baseball and softball games are held in Yokohama Stadium and soccer at Yokohama International Stadium.
Nishi Ward is also planning various events for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, so let's enliven the Olympic and Paralympic mood!
