Nishi Ward's original Karuta "Nishi Ward Past Karuta" has been completed!
This is the original Karuta of Nishi Ward created by students of the 2023 Lifelong Learning Course "Learning the Past and Present of Nishi Ward with Photos".
I use pictures of Nishi Ward's "now" and "old days" in the picture cards so I can enjoy learning about Nishi Ward's past and present through karuta play.

When the reception is completed, we will give you a karuta for lending, so please come to the counter in charge.

・A4 paper printed with scissors, glue, and picture cards

From A4 paper on which one side of the picture card is printed, cut out two picture cards with the same initials along the frame, and paste the present (yellow) and the old (blue bill).

We will hold a midsummer Karuta tournament using "Nishi Ward Konjaku Karuta" where you can enjoy learning about Nishi Ward's "now" and "old days"!
In addition to the commemorative gifts, the winner will be awarded a trophy and prize. Why don't you feel the past and present of Nishi Ward while having fun playing with Karuta this summer?
Please feel free to apply alone, with friends and groups, etc.
