We are currently recruiting photos for Nishi Ward (recruiting has been closed)

As part of a lifelong learning course, Regional Promotion Division collects photographs of past and present landscapes taken in Nishi Ward.
In the Lifelong Learning Course in 2023, we plan to learn about the past and present of Nishi Ward through photography and produce original Nishi Ward Karuta.
We plan to use the collected photos to make Karuta picture cards and hold a panel exhibition.
15 people who have applied will receive a ballpoint pen from the Nishi Ward character "Nishimaro-chan" by lottery!
We look forward to your application.

・Landscape photos taken in Nishi Ward before 2018 (old photos)
・Current photos taken in the same place as old photos
※Application using only old photos is also welcome!

From Saturday, July 1, Reiwa 5 to Tuesday, October 31, Reiwa 5

・Please apply by mail or bring it to Nishi Ward Office Regional Promotion Division (48th floor on the 4th floor of Nishi Ward Office).
※In the case of mail, the postmark on the deadline is valid, and in the case of road, please come to the agency by 17:00 on the deadline.

・We use a part of photograph which had you apply for in lifelong learning course or panel exhibition. Please note that there are some photos that cannot be used.
・If a person or store is shown as a subject, be sure to obtain the consent of the person or the store.
・You can apply as many times as you like during the period.
・Nishi Ward is not responsible for any problems related to infringement of the portrait right of the subject or copyright infringement.
・Nishi Ward is not obliged to keep the photos submitted after the Lifelong Learning Course.
