Exercise has a positive effect on the health of the body and mind.

■Reduce the risk of lifestyle-related diseases!
Studies have shown that people who exercise well are less likely to develop ischemic heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, and colon cancer.

■It has a positive effect on mental health!
When you move your body, you will feel refreshed and feel comfortable. Exercise can lead to a change of mind and relieve stress. Therefore, it has been recognized that exercise is also effective in maintaining mental health.

■You can live an independent life for a longer time!
Exercise is effective in maintaining and improving physical strength and muscle strength. As muscle strength increases, it helps reduce pain in the lower back and knees. In particular, exercise is important for the elderly to prevent deterioration of living function (locomotive syndrome) associated with aging.

I'm doing gymnastics with my family


Exercise equipment such as muscle weakness and bone and joint diseases associated with aging occur, and the ability to "stand, sit, and walk" is reduced.

Life without exercise habits, too thin, obesity, reduced activity, excessive sports, injuries due to accidents, etc.

Let's move your body ten minutes more than you are now.

Exercise can be performed well in everyday life. For example, a 10-minute walk takes about 1000 steps. Think about what you can do in your daily life, such as walking where you go by bicycle or using stairs instead of escalators.
