About "meal balance guide" (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries) (outside site)
Like Chinese rice bowl and curry rice, it is OK to have "staple food", "main dish" and "side dish" in one plate.
First of all, let's start eating a combination of various foods.
Also, don't forget to incorporate dairy products and fruits once a day!
A leaflet that shows "nutrition balance" easily is posted.
Please see "approach example" of Yokohama-shi homepage "Yokohama food education web".
