Naka Ward Residents' Activities Center / What's New

Naka is the mascot of the Kumin Activity Center.
Naka Ward Residents' Activities Center Mascot "Monaka"

Naka Ward Residents' Activities Center is a facility that supports the voluntary activities of Naka Ward Residents (citizen activities, lifelong learning, volunteer activities, local activities, etc.).

  • Provision of information, consultation and coordination
  • Provision of places for activities
  • We support social activities and lifelong learning activities.

Reservation status

Reservation status for training rooms 1 and 2 and meeting areas. (Scheduled to be updated every week)
Group registration is required in advance for reservation.

Meeting area

Meeting area

Time of use
9:00 am to 8:45 pm (Saturday and Sunday until 4:45 pm)

  • Anytime, anyone, or any number of people, can feel free to meet.
  • Please use your favorite place in the area.
  • After use, please fill out the usage form and hand it over to the staff.
  • If you have registered as a group, you can make a reservation in advance.
  • Food and drink can be brought in. Please take your garbage home.
  • You can have a meeting while having your children play in the kids space.
  • There is also a series of publications, flyers, and activity information corners.
  • There is also a copy machine (10 yen per black and white, 50 yen per color). It's a coin type.
  • We can't exchange money, so please prepare some coins.

Training Rooms 1.2

This is the training room.

Time of use

  1. 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  2. From 1:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
  3. From 5:00 pm to 8:45 pm at night (not available at night on Saturdays and Sunday)
  • It can be used as a venue for public interest courses.
  • The capacity is 30 for the training room 1 and 12 for the training room 2, and the training rooms 1 and 2 can be opened and used.
  • Reservations will be accepted by e-mail, fax, or visit from the 25th, 4 months before the desired date of use, to the end of the month.
  • Please register as a group to use the training room. (It takes about 2 weeks to complete the registration process.)

Printing Room

It's a printing room.

  • Printing machines, paper folding machines, cutting machines, etc. can be used to create flyers, posters, and materials.
  • A printing machine (50 yen per plate for printing, 10 yen for printing, 20 sheets for printing) can be used. (However, please bring the paper with you.)
  • The printing machine is coin-operated.
  • We can't exchange money, so please prepare some coins.
  • Registered organizations can also make reservations.

Locker letter case

It's a locker and a letter case.

  • Naka Ward Residents' Activities Center has a locker and a letter case.
  • It is registered group of Hanaka inhabitant of a ward activity center.
  • The usage period is 1 year. (April to March of the following year)

Lending items (only available for registered organizations)

You can rent PCs, projectors, toys, etc. to registered organizations.
