About proof of boundary investigation
In Yokohama City, when deciding the boundary between the road and the land adjacent to the road, the boundary is confirmed on site and the local boundary is determined by the boundary mark.
At this time, we have created a road ledger area line map or boundary survey map as a document map for boundary determination.
The boundary survey map was created as a document for determining the boundary, but due to subsequent changes in land use, etc., the current situation often does not match this drawing.
If the current situation does not match this drawing, it is necessary to check the boundary with the owner of the land adjacent to the road based on this document, set up a new boundary mark, and determine the site.
"Proof of boundary investigation figure" that Yokohama-shi performs is proof that we confirm that boundary investigation map and local road match in distance between boundary marker and boundary mark.
This certificate is called a copy of the drawing.
The proof of the road conducted by Yokohama City is, in principle, a copy of the drawing, but if it is to correct the land area of the Legal Affairs Bureau or map correction, or if it is attached documents for payment to the Kanto Finance Bureau or application for delivery of goods. You can apply.

Application for a copy of the drawing and copy certificate
Please submit required documents to Public Works Office.

(Note 1) ： The actual measurement map of the invoice for copying of the drawing copy is a copy of the boundary survey map such as roads and waterways, in which the distance between local points and the type of boundary mark are entered.
(Note 2) ： What is the local measurement map of the copy certificate grant bill? I would like to receive a copy of the boundary survey map such as roads and waterways, etc., in the copy of the boundary survey map such as roads and waterways.

It takes about 2 weeks for a copy of the drawing and about one week for a copy certificate before it is issued.
(In some cases, it may take more days.)
"Drawing copy" proves that the boundary survey drawing and the local road match. If the applicant conducts a survey and actual measurement of the presence or absence of a boundary mark on site, and if it confirms that it matches the drawing, omits the on-site boundary survey (the presence and consent of the adjacent owner of the road) A copy can be issued. In addition, for "certification of road", it is condition of grant that it is matched not only on the application site side but also the opposite side.
If the distance between the drawing and the site exceeds the tolerance or if there is no boundary mark, it is possible to apply for a boundary survey to Public Works Office, restore the boundary mark, and then issue a copy of the drawing.

Delivery of transcript
It takes about 2 weeks from reception to delivery. When the transcript is completed, the person in charge will contact you, so please pay the fee on the payment slip, bring your receipt and receive it.
Please do not pay until you contact us.
The fee is 600 yen per brush of application. If the application point spans several brushes, the number of brushes will be 600 yen (x required number of copies).
"Copy certificate" means that the applicant checks all landmarks on site and performs actual measurements, confirms at the applicant's responsibility that the road ledger drawing matches the local road, and as a result, and there is no difference from the drawing. It proves that it was a drawing of Yokohama City, and Yokohama City did not confirm the match between the site and the drawing concerned.
Because it is a simple certification, the scope of application for certification is limited to one side of the road, and the same applicant cannot apply for certification on both sides of the road by applying multiple times. If proofs on both sides of the road are required, please apply for a "drawal copy".
"Copy certificate" can be issued in one application for proof of application drawing.
The use of the "copy certificate" is limited to the applicant's land area correction to the Legal Affairs Bureau to the attached materials for map correction, payment to the Kanto Finance Bureau, or application for delivery of goods. The same applicant cannot apply for the same place multiple times for the same purpose, and cannot be used by anyone other than the applicant or transfer it to anyone other than the applicant.
In addition, it cannot be used for contract registration.
