In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have reduced the number of contact points.
Congestion is expected, and for the following procedures by mail to prevent infectious diseases. For other procedures, please contact us.
Depending on the content, the procedure may take some time. We ask for your cooperation so that you can apply with plenty of time.
◎Precautions
・Fill out the documents with non- erasable writing utensils such as ballpoint pens (pencils and erasable ballpoint pens are not allowed).
・For private seal, use private seal, which uses vermilion. Stamps cannot be used.
・Please note that if the documents are incomplete, we may return the complete set of documents and ask you to resubmit.
