Beware of suspicious calls that call the ward office staff!

 A ward office official said, "I sent a notice of medical expenses, but there was no return of documents for it. I'd like you to tell me your mobile phone number because I'll send it again. " The ward office will not ask the medical expenses notice to return documents or ask for your mobile phone number. Beware of suspicious calls that guide you to an ATM and make a transfer.

Be careful about such a phone call

・There is a refund from medical expenses. I haven't filed yet, but I'd like you to tell me your account number because it's still in time today!
・I sent you a notice of medical expenses's refund before. The end of last month was closed, but the procedure has not been completed yet. Please call the next phone to be in time for today's ○!
・There is a refund for medical expenses that I paid too much. As financial institutions cannot cope, we want you to go to ATM of city hall, convenience store, hospital and file.
・If you do not proceed quickly, you will not be able to get pension in the future.

In such a case

If you have "I taught you personal information ...", "I'm somewhat suspicious ...", "I don't know", "I was told to go to an ATM", etc.
Hang up immediately, take a breath, and first consult the police, the people around you, and the ward office Insurance and Pension Division.
