Please be careful about suspicious phone calls to ward office staff!

 A person from a ward office official said, "I sent a notice of medical expenses, but I have not returned the documents. Please tell me your mobile phone number because I will send it again. " The ward office does not ask you to return documents or ask for your mobile phone number to the medical expenses notice. Beware of suspicious calls that lead to an ATM and make a transfer.

Beware of such calls

・There is a refund for medical expenses. I haven't filed yet, but today I'm still in time, so please tell me your account number!
・I sent a notice of medical expenses's refund before. The end of last month has been closed, but the procedure has not been completed yet. Please call the next phone as it will be in time until ○ today!
・There is a refund for medical expenses that I paid too much. As financial institution cannot cope with, we want you to go to city hall, convenience store, ATM of hospital and perform procedure.
・If you do not proceed quickly, you will not be able to get pension in the future.

In such a case

If you have "I told you my personal information ...", "It's somewhat suspicious ...", "I don't know", "I was told to go to an ATM", etc.
Immediately hang up, take a breath, and first consult the police, the people around you, and the ward office Insurance and Pension Division.
