In the whole city of Yokohama, suspicious individual visits homes and other places, as well as suspicious telephone information, pretending to be employees of the Water Works Bureau and the Sewerage River Bureau, construction and outsourcing companies, and saying they have received instructions and requests from Yokohama.

• Surveys and water quality inspections of pipes that are not requested.
• Repair and investigation of water pipes in the house and charge for work.
• Door-to-door sales, rental and mediation of water purifiers

　■Sewer

• Confirmation of absence time based on the pretext that there is a plan to enter the site during construction.
• Inspection and repair of drainage facilities that claim free of charge
• Distribution of commercially available deodorizing detergents (tablets) for drain pipes
