②Please come to the City Hall 3F Citizen Consultation Room 10 minutes before the date and time of the reservation and accept it. (The City Hall has moved to Sakuragicho.)
※Check the date and time, reservation number and name at the reception desk.
※If you do not come to the consultation time without contact, you will have used it once. In addition, since the next reservation has been made, you cannot extend the consultation time even if you are late. Please come with plenty of time.
③When the reservation time comes, we will call you the reservation number and guide you.
　After you enter the consultation booth, the consultation will start. (25 minutes for legal consultation, judicial scrivener consultation, and notarization consultation, 35 minutes for home building consultation, 40 minutes for human rights consultation)
④I'll end the consultation when it's time. (Extension is not possible.)
※The office name and contact information of lawyers and judicial scriveners cannot be given on the spot. If you want to continue asking the lawyer or judicial scrivener to work, you will need to make a request through the Kanagawa Bar Association or the Kanagawa Prefectural Judicial Scrivener Association. It is not possible to make a reservation for two legal consultations at a time. After the first consultation is over, please make an appointment for the second consultation.
Different types of specialized consultations (eg legal consultation and judicial scrivener consultation, legal consultation and residential land building consultation, etc.) can be reserved at the same time.

For example, it is not possible to make a reservation that your husband consults and your wife consults with the same lawyer or judicial scrivener on the same day.
The same applies not only to couples but also relatives, neighborhood residents, friends, etc. I'd like to make a reservation on another day.

Lawyers cannot be introduced at city halls and ward offices.
