We have set up the "Yokohama Council for Promoting Symbiosis between People and Animals" to discuss necessary matters concerning measures related to the protection and management of animals in Yokohama City.

Recruitment of symbiosis promotion between person and animal Yokohama meeting citizen committee

In order for the current council members to reach the expiration of their term on March 24, 2025, we will recruit new members from citizens.

1 Eligibility

Those who have knowledge about animal welfare and proper breeding, have a problem awareness, and meet all of the following requirements:
(1) Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
(2) A person who has a Address in Yokohama City (a person who has registered as a resident).
(3) Being not a Yokohama City employee or a member of the Yokohama City Council.
(4) At the time of recruitment, other councils of Yokohama-shi do not serve as committee more than 4.
(5) Being able to attend meetings of councils held during the daytime on weekdays.
