We are looking for animal hospitals that carry out microchips for dogs and cats in order to return them to their owners as soon as possible when their dogs and cats get lost.

When registering, you must agree to the following contents (please check the guidelines below).

We understand purpose and contents of 1 business enough and, when demanded by citizen, explain the purpose and contents to citizen.
2 After attaching the microchip, issue a receipt pertaining to the microchip that describes the matters required by Yokohama City.

3 When requested by the director of the Yokohama Animal Protection Center, disclose information such as medical records pertaining to microchip installation.
