Role of Residential Association

Last Updated March 15, 2024

Purchase of condominiums (category owners) = Residential Association employees

Those who purchase condominiums (category owners) will automatically become members of Residential Association.
The division owners comprise an organization (Residential Association) for managing condominiums.
As long as we own condominiums, we will maintain and manage condominiums jointly.

Residential Association's Business

Residential Association's Business

There are three main tasks at Residential Association.
①Maintenance (daily cleaning, inspection of equipment, repair, etc.)
②Life management (neighborhood noise problems, pet breeding, parking lot problems, etc.)
③Operation and management (collection and operation of money, creation of rules, operation of general meetings, etc.)

Private and common areas

Private and common areas

Condominiums have private and common areas.

The exclusive portion is the room of each dwelling unit. The owner will manage it.
However, the balconies, entrance doors, window glass, window frames, etc. of each dwelling unit are common areas.

Common areas are stairs, corridors, elevators, entrances, etc. The common areas are owned by all owners, so they are managed by Residential Association.
