General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the Residential Association and is positioned as a "meeting" as stipulated in sectional ownership laws.

There are two types of general meetings: ordinary general meetings (regular general meetings), which are always convened once a year, and extraordinary general meetings, which can be convened as needed.

In addition to the appointment of directors and auditors, business reports such as settlement of accounts and business plans such as budgets, important matters related to Residential Association's operations, such as the conclusion of management contracts, the implementation of planned repair work, and the preparation and modification of long-term repair plans, require resolution of the General Assembly.

board member's role is the decision-making body for the President to execute specific tasks.

The director will share the duties of Residential Association in accordance with board member's decision. board member shall appoint the President, Vice President and Accounting Director.

The board member deliberates and decides on proposals to be submitted to the General Assembly, including business reports, business plans, and proposals for the establishment, change, and abolition of management rules. In addition, deliberations and decisions on approval items stipulated in the management rules will be made.

Management Rules

The rules for the management and operation of condominiums stipulated by Residential Association are the "Management Rules."
Condominiums that live together in buildings can cause various problems. In order to maintain good communal living and order of condominiums, it is necessary for the entire division owner to work together to set rules voluntarily.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has created the “Condominium Standard Management Rules” as a standard model for management rules so that apartments can be used as reference when creating management rules.
