Process
In November 2010, based on discussions at the "Study Group for Multi-Generation Neighborhood Support" established in Kanagawa Prefecture and three ordinance-designated cities in the prefecture, it was selected as a model district to implement specific initiatives.
In cooperation with the UR Urban Organization, we have been holding the "Yokodai Area Conference" with local residents since May 2012.
In addition, the UR Urban Organization is engaged in initiatives related to the regeneration of housing complex and area management as "UR Renaissance in Yokodai."

"Machimado" window of Yokodai town
Since 2019, we have established the “Machimado (Yokodai Machi no Window)” in Yokodai Chuo housing complex, which will serve as a base for collecting and disseminating local information.
It is a base where you can easily drop in, such as receiving activities and information in the town, and consulting for those who want to work.
We also operate CC labs and shared kitchens, as well as rent out housing complex's library.
