These housing complex may face challenges due to the location and surrounding environment, such as the aging of residents, the emergence of vacant dwelling units, withdrawal of shops in the neighborhood and housing complex, and the shortage of workers in local communities.
Therefore, Yokohama City supports efforts to revitalize the housing complex from various perspectives, such as influx of young people, promotion of multi-generational exchanges, measures for unoccupied houses, and rebuilding based on functional guidance.

　Two menus will be supported in order for residents to revitalize the housing complex.

• Condominium and housing complex Regeneration Coordination Support Project

　　Experts will be dispatched for up to three years to study the future of buildings and community formation (maximum number of dispatches 5 times / year).

• Support for the formulation of the housing complex Revitalization Vision

　　We support the dispatch of experts (about once a month) and the creation of public relations flyers for up to three years to formulate a regeneration vision and create a promotion system.
