Driving status of Aqua Shimbashi

Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau has been operating the Aqua Shimbashi wastewater treatment facility since 2004.
Aqua Shimbashi discharges treated water that removes trace amounts of PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) contained in leachate water to less than the sewage discharge standard (0.003 mg / liter) or less is discharged to public sewers. The quality of the discharged water is below the standard value.
