Selection of excellence sites of Asahi Office

 collection site of Motoichi is maintained by everyone who uses it.
 In order to clean the collection site, collection sites that are actively engaged in garbage separation and cleaning of collection sites are selected as "excellent collection sites" after receiving recommendations from local people, and maintain them on a daily basis. We present a letter of appreciation to everyone who has done so.
 We will continue to express our gratitude to the people in the areas that are regularly managed, and we hope to spread it as a reference in other areas.

1. Selection criteria
(1)Users are participating in maintenance and active efforts are being implemented.
(2)There is no left behind on each collection day.
(3)No garbage is discharged on a day when there is no collection.
(4)The accumulation area must be kept clean.
(5)Voluntary efforts to reduce garbage and recycle resources.

2. Recommendation period and selection period
  From Saturday, September 1, 2018 as needed

3. Target accumulation place
  About 4,500 agglomeration locations in the city

4. Recommendation of depot
  Neighborhood Association, Chairman of the Asahi Ward Environmental Business Promotion Committee, etc. (Recommendation Record Attachment Form 1) (PDF: 51KB)

5. Determination of excellence sites
  After the recommendation, the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Asahi Office will conduct a survey and make a decision, present a letter of appreciation, display a sticker of excellent collection site, and take a photo (optional).
