The installation of septic tanks in the sewerage treatment area is not permitted in principle by law and regulations.

The procedure for setting up a septic tank includes the procedure for setting up a septic tank with a building confirmation (hereinafter referred to as the “joint application procedure”).
There is a separate application septic tank installation procedure without building confirmation (hereinafter referred to as "separate application procedure").
