When setting up specific facilities, etc., it is necessary to submit a report based on the Water Pollution Control Law.
①Requirements for notification
It is published in the "Guide to the Water Pollution Control Law (PDF: 1,472KB)" (updated in November 2024). Plan your business to comply with regulations and create a notification.

Precautions for Preparation
Please note that we have reviewed some of the styles of notification of installation, use, change and notification of use abolition from January 2024.
①I don't need seal. (From December 28, 2020)
②If the submitter is a corporation, it is in principle the name of the representative of the corporation. If you submit registration form on behalf of the factory manager, you must submit a power of attorney. However, the legal responsibility lies with the representative.
③About drainage destination, please confirm in "public sewer common use start area figure" of "daichan map" of Yokohama-shi administrative map reporting system (outside site). (Confirmation method (PDF: 1,821KB))
④For the description of each report, please refer to the description method in the table. In addition, please refer to the description example for notification of installation, use, and change.

⑥You cannot fill in with a pencil or a ballpoint pen that disappears.
⑦Please unify the registration form to A4 size as much as possible. For large-sized documents such as drawings, fold the A3 size into A4 size.

Submission deadline
In the case of notification of installation / change, construction related to installation and change cannot be performed as an implementation restriction period for 60 days from the date of receipt of the notification.
However, a notice of shortening the implementation restriction period (a notice of shortening the period)
It is possible to start the construction.
This notice will be issued in writing or in electronic data (electronic signature).
The electronic signature uses the certificate of responsibilities of the Local Government Organization Organization Certification Foundation (LGPKI). To verify the signature, please use the "Public Personal Authentication Service (outside site)" of the Local Government Information System Organization or the "SkyPDF Verification Service" of Skycom. (At this time, the certificate of responsibilities is not registered in Adobe's AATL (Adobe Approved Trust List), so Adobe Acrobat displays "I have a problem with at least one signature." Is valid.)
