Recipes that use ingredients without waste

 In order to reduce food loss, we are creating recipes that use up vegetables at home and ingredients that are often too often used. We introduce menus based on school lunch's menu, which is popular among children, and menus that use seasonal vegetables deliciously. It is packed with useful information such as how to store ingredients, remake recipes, and time saving points.
 In addition, we have created three types of recipe videos using published recipes.

Introduction of the latest version of recipe

 Yokohama City and Kanto Gakuin University's Faculty of Nutrition, Hosoyamada Seminar collaborated to create a used-up recipe that can be easily made by students living alone and that does not waste food.
 Please use this recipe, which is delicious and easy, and leads to reduction of food loss by using up ingredients!

Whole seasonal vegetables-to-use recipe~

 The first to third editions of "Marugoto seasonal Vegetables-Using Recipes-" have been re-edited, and popular recipes have been compiled into one book.
 It is a recipe to pick up seasonal vegetables every season and use up the whole to reduce "waste waste of food". Please take advantage of it!
