Recipe to use up ingredients without waste

In order to reduce food loss, we are creating recipes that use up vegetables at home and ingredients that tend to be too large. We introduce a menu based on the menu of school lunch, which is popular among children, and a menu that uses up seasonal vegetables. It's packed with useful information such as how to store ingredients, remake recipes, and short time points.
In addition, we have created three types of recipe videos using the published recipes.

Recipe Collection
Introduction of the latest version of the recipe
Yokohama City and the Kanto Gakuin University Faculty of Nutrition Hosoyamada Seminar collaborated to create a disposable recipe that can be easily made by students living alone and that does not waste food as part of efforts to reduce food loss.
Please take advantage of this recipe that is delicious and easy, and that can reduce food loss by using up ingredients!

Whole Seasonal Vegetables-Use Up Recipe-
We re-edited "Marugoto Seasonal Vegetables-Used Up Recipes-" from the first to third editions created so far, and compiled popular recipes into one book.
It is a recipe to reduce "food waste" by picking up seasonal vegetables every season and using up the whole. Please take advantage of it!
