Registered organizations can be registered by any organization, such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations or the XX Resources Association.
Before registration, let's consult with the local community about implementation.

※Businesses such as apartment management companies and welfare facilities cannot be registered as registered organizations.

○Which registered company to contract?

I contract withlocal recyclables collection. Choose a contractor from the list of registered vendors.

！Beware of it!

• No incentive will be issued for collection by non-registered companies.
• Collection methods and items vary depending on the registered company.
• Some registered companies are difficult to collect if the number of households is small.
• Let's talk well with the registered trader and sign up.

○Method of implementation

Let's talk about the following two with the registered organization and the registered trader.

（1） When, where, and what will it be collected?

（2） How do you inform the local residents of the collection date and location? (posting, circulars, etc.)

Do not use the garbage collection area in principle. If you have to use it, please contact the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.
Also, if possible, please shift the location slightly and post a notice so that you can clearly distinguish what is sent to local recyclables collection.

○Determine a representative

Let's decide the representative of the registered organization. The representative should not be the person in charge, but the representative of the organization to be registered.
(e.g. Neighborhood Association, Chairman of Residential Association, etc.)

All documents related to local recyclables collection will be sent to the representative. (If you want to specify the person in charge as the destination of the documents, you can also register the person in charge along with the representative.)
※Businesses such as management companies and welfare facilities cannot be registered as registered organizations.

○Determine the division of roles

Sharing roles, such as organizing accumulation places, publicizing and disseminating the area, applying for incentives, accounting, etc., so as not to burden only some people

○Contract with a registered company

Arrange the collection location, item, collection date, collection method, etc., and contract.

At the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each district

○Registration Notice

You will receive a notification of registration in the following manner.

（１） 「local recyclables collection Group Registration Application Form (Form No. 1)」
（２） Submission of "Application Form for Resource Recovery Places (No. 2 style)" (Please attach a map of the collection location)

Please submit it to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.

Example: Submitted by mail on April 15, 2013

(1) Application forms and (2) Application forms are accepted at Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau offices in each ward.

（１） Application form ・ (2) Register the first day of the month following the date on which the application form is accepted as the start date of the registered organization.

Example: Accepted at the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Office on April 17, 2013 and registered with the start date of May 1, 2013.

Notification of registration from the Business Division

（１） The application form and (2) the application form will be announced in the middle of the month following the month in which it was received.

Please submit it to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.

○Announcement of implementation to local people

We will inform the people living in the area on circular notices and bulletin boards of collection, items, how to put out, etc.

○Posted at collection sites

Post the collection date, item, how to put out, etc. will be posted at the collection place so that it is easier to understand.

Please be sure to post any inquiries such as leftovers.

○When using a garbage collection point

Let's make it clear the difference between administrative collection and local recyclables collection as follows:
（1） Post that it is a resource recovery place.

（2） A little shift from administrative collection.
（3） Use a net with a different color from administrative collection.

！When conducting administrative collection and local recyclables collection at "household garbage depot" on the same day of the week!

In order to prevent administrative collection vehicles from collecting what was sent to local recyclables collection, be sure to contact the following.

The collection date and location of the collection will be reported to the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office in each ward.

A meeting will be held with a registered organization, a registered company, and the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau office.

Could you discuss where, when and what to collect?

Put the resource collection place sticker on the collection site.

The sticker will be given by the Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Business Division or the collection office.

Yokohama City will inform local residents that Yokohama City will not collect items issued as local recyclables collection.

In the case of leftovers, it will not be collected in Yokohama City.

○Handling of "Yokohama City local recyclables collection slip (No. 3 style)" (collection slip)

Consult and negotiate whether the registered organization or the registered trader will create a collection slip. Created by the registered organization

○Witness of collection

To confirm the collection, be sure to attend the collection as much as possible.

○If there is a leftover, etc.

Please contact the registered company. Please post the contact information at the collection place so that anyone can contact us.

○Preparation of collection slip

After the collection, either the arrangement, the registered organization or the registered trader will create a collection slip (→ Example entry example of the collection slip (PDF: 54KB)).
Of the four collection slips, the registered organizations submit “A Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau for Registered Organizations” (blue) and “B Registered Group Copy for Registered Organizations” (white).

○ Application for incentive money
