Requirements for Application / About application documents / About the first contest / About the second contest /
Please summarize multiple proposals by the same group as much as possible.
As it is a maintenance proposal, it cannot be proposed unless the maintenance location is specified.
It can be proposed even if the consent of landowners (land owners, tenants, those who have substantially the right to use, companies, or public facilities managers) has not been obtained.
However, prior to applying for the first contest, you will be asked to explain to the landowner, etc., and fill out the application documents with the explanation status.
In addition, it is necessary to obtain the consent of landowners, etc. by the second contest.
If you do not specify the maintenance details, you will not be able to make a proposal.
Regarding the contents of the maintenance, the first contest application documents can be explained in writing.
In addition to devising labor burdens and material procurement, we can propose even if it is not a cost-bearing content, such as devising maintenance and management of the facilities that have been maintained.
You can make a proposal, but as a condition for granting a maintenance subsidy, it is necessary to maintain and maintain the facility for 10 years when constructing a building and 5 years for others.
The composition of the proposal group is on an individual basis. For example, it is possible to apply for a representative of a corporation, etc., to become a member of the group and to meet the requirement that three or more local residents are included.
Other subsidies cannot be allocated to the same maintenance contents, but it may be possible to clearly distinguish them from the subsidies of the town contract business. Please indicate this in the application form. Please be sure to contact us at the time of application.
In order to conduct a fair review, the number of pages on the application form must be adhered to the rules.
In the case of PC input, please set the font size to 10.5 points or more.
Application documents cannot be replaced.
If you change your plan, you will have to explain it in the contest announcement.
In the first contest, you can attach up to 1 page of A4 size, and in the second contest, up to 2 pages of A3 size to the application documents.
It can be obtained from this page (* updated from time to time).
The style may be changed, so be sure to use the style for the application year.
Using imitation paper, PowerPoint, etc., please present maintenance proposals in front of the judges and the general audience. At the venue, there is a display that reflects the PC screen and a panel that attaches imitation paper.
The selection will be conducted at the public contest, and the results will be announced on the day.
In addition, a comment from the judge will be attached to the notification of the results of the contest so that both passing and non-passing groups can refer to future activities.
If there is no prospect of developing the next year, you will not be able to participate in the second contest. Also, you will not be exempted from the next primary contest.
Office supplies are required for activities for the second contest and can only be purchased for consumables of up to 30,000 yen.
It cannot be used for indirect expenses (transfer fees, transportation expenses, eating and drinking expenses, etc.) or expenses required for maintenance and management of the maintained facilities.
The target expenses of the subsidy are the activity expenses from the first contest to the completion of maintenance, rewards to technical cooperators, design expenses, construction supervision expenses, and activity expenses associated with maintenance.
It cannot be used for the purchase or borrowing of land or buildings.
The target expenses of the maintenance subsidy are design costs, construction costs, construction supervision costs, and activity costs associated with maintenance.
After the maintenance subsidy grant application, the grant will be decided after examining the application contents in Motoichi, so the grant application amount will not necessarily be issued in full.
In addition, in the second contest, the selection may be made after conditions regarding the quantity and the maximum amount of maintenance subsidies.
As a general rule, it will be after the completion of the maintenance by the secretariat.
However, you can pay in advance if you purchase raw materials and pay labor by residents, etc., or if it is necessary to pay a part of the cost of construction etc. before completion.
Proposal group plays a leading role and please push forward discussion with related section of city. We support local town development section including connecting with related section of city.
There is a "Yokohama City Citizens' Activities Insurance System" that does not require advance registration or registration procedures, and this system may be used for members of the proposal group.
※For details, please refer to the Yokohama City Social Activities Insurance System (City of Yokohama, Civic Affairs Bureau).
