Urban Renewal Emergency Development Council for Urban Renewal

The Urban Renewal Emergency Maintenance Council is a statutory council that can be organized for each urban redevelopment area based on Article 19 of the Special Measures for Urban Regeneration. In addition to necessary discussions on urgent and focused maintenance of urban areas, the council will make a "maintenance plan" and "urban regeneration safety and security plan" and the implementation of the maintenance plan will be made.
