Urban Renewal Emergency Development Council in Central Yokohama and Seaside Areas

The Urban Renewal Emergency Maintenance Council is a statutory council that can be organized for each urban redevelopment area based on Article 19 of the Special Measures for Urban Renewal Measures. In addition to necessary discussions on urgent and important urban development, the council will make necessary communication and coordination regarding the creation of "maintenance plans" and "urban regeneration safety assurance plans" and the implementation of the maintenance plan.
