  (Structure)
  Article 6 The main structural part of the building shall be made of non-combustible materials such as steel frame and reinforced concrete structures. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to storerooms and other attached buildings with a total area of 20 m2 or less.
  (Retreat of outer wall)
  Article 7 The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 10m or more facing the city road Oguro Line, and 5m or more facing other roads.
  (Building equipment)
  Article 8 The premises shall be provided with necessary equipment to prevent pollution due to noise, vibration, sewage, waste liquid, soot, dust, gas, odor, etc. shall be provided.
