※Due to the revision of the Building Standards Law, there has been a gap in the provisions described in the agreement.

Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, design, building equipment, site, and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards set forth in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose stipulated in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
(1) The use of the building is public baths pertaining to the bathing business with private rooms and other similar Building Standards Law Enforcement Order Article 130-9-2 ※For purposes other than hotels and inns specified in the above.
(2) Consideration should be given to minimizing the effects of noise and odors on the surroundings.
(3) The roof of the building, the outer wall, and other parts viewed from the outside, and outdoor advertising materials will be considered in harmony with the surroundings regarding colors and forms.
(4) In building or site, we establish garbage storage place and bicycle storage place.
(5) Care should be taken so that the interior of the adjacent building cannot be seen from the opening of the building.
(6) Consider the safety of the anti-crime program by taking measures to prevent illegal entry into space with neighboring buildings.
(7) Lights will be provided on the part facing the road.
