Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, design, building equipment, site, and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings that do not impair the purpose specified in Article 1 and that have been approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.
(1) Use of buildings is a public bath pertaining to the bath business with private rooms and other similar Building Standards Law Enforcement Order Article 130-9-2 ※Uses other than hotels and inns.
(2) Care should be taken to minimize the effects of noise and odor on the surroundings.
(3) For roofs, outer walls and other parts seen from the outside, and outdoor advertising materials, consider harmony with the surroundings in terms of color and form.
(4) In the building or site, a garbage storage area and a bicycle storage area will be provided.
(5) Care should be taken so that the interior of the adjacent building cannot be seen from the opening of the building.
(6) Consider the safety of anti-crime program and safety by taking measures to prevent illegal intrusion into spaces with neighboring buildings.
(7) Lighting will be installed on the part facing the road.
