Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Restrictions on buildings)
Article 8 The site, position, structure, use, form and design of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards set forth below. Provided, however, that the Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) specified in Article 13 and buildings that Yokohama City deems necessary after consultation, facilities such as countries with public use and public utilities, or “Yokohama City Urban Area Environmental Design” Buildings based on the “System” and “Accrediting complex by comprehensive design”.
2 Center District
(1) The minimum area of the site shall be the area of each block. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when joint development is performed on a scale equal to or greater than the minimum site area.
(2) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road (Yamashita / Honmoku / Isogo Line) boundary shall be 2 meters or more.
(3) Secure an open space of 10% or more of the site area. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when 10% or more of the development area is secured by joint development over two or more blocks.
(4) The structure shall be a fire-resistant building.
(5) Uses shall be stores, offices, and other facilities that enhance the convenience of commerce and business. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when the 4th floor or higher is an apartment house or dormitory in the surrounding area.
(6) Regarding the shape, color, materials, etc. of the outer wall and roof, we shall endeavor to harmonize the entire district.
3 Main Street Area
(1) The minimum area of the site is 1,000 square meters in I District I and 500 square meters in District II. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when joint development is performed on a scale equal to or greater than the minimum site area.
(2) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road (Yamashita / Honmaki / Isogo Line, Takashima / Honmaki Line) boundary line is 2 meters or more for the short side part of the residential building or non-residential, and 4 meters for others. And
(3) The structure shall be a fire-resistant building.
(4) Uses shall be facilities that enhance the convenience of stores, offices, apartments, dormitories, and other facilities that promote the convenience of commerce and business, and also protect the living environment. However, the first floor of District I shall be non-residential.
(5) The fence shall be transparent, such as hedges or crimp nets.
(6) Regarding the shape, color, materials, etc. of the outer wall and roof, we shall endeavor to harmonize the entire district.
4 apartment
(1) The minimum site area shall be 1,000 square meters (the 41 blocks are block area). Provided, however, that this shall not apply when joint development is performed on a scale equal to or greater than the minimum site area.
(2) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 2 meters or more.
(3) The structure shall be a fire-resistant building.
(4) Use shall be apartment houses, dormitories or townhouses.
(5) The fence shall be transparent, such as hedges or crimp nets.
(6) Regarding the shape, color, materials, etc. of the outer wall and roof, we shall endeavor to harmonize the entire district.
5 Low-rise Housing A District
(1) The minimum area of the site shall be 200 square meters, and splitting less than this is prohibited. However, if the replacement area is less than this, it can be 165 square meters.
(2) The height of the embankment for building the site is 0. It shall be less than 5 meters.
(3) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary line shall be 2 meters or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 1 meter or more. However, the distance to the adjacent land boundary line is the garage attached to the building or Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to what is provided for in this regard.
(4) Use shall be a single-family house, a single-family house or a town house.
(5) The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor. However, in each block of 50, 59, 61, 69,79, it can be 3 or less except for the basement.
(6) The fence shall be transparent, such as hedges or crimp nets.
(7) We shall endeavor to harmonize the entire district regarding the shape, color, material, etc. of the outer wall and roof.
6 Low-rise Residential B District
(1) The minimum area of the site shall be 100 square meters, and splitting less than this is prohibited.
(2) The height of the embankment for building the site is 0. It shall be less than 5 meters.
(3) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1 meter or more.
(4) Use shall be a single-family house, a single-family house or a town house.
(5) The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
(6) The fence shall be transparent, such as hedges or crimp nets.
(7) We shall endeavor to harmonize the entire district regarding the shape, color, material, etc. of the outer wall and roof.
7 Service Factory Area
(1) The minimum site area shall be 500 square meters. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when joint development is performed on a scale equal to or greater than the minimum site area.
(2) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road (Honmaki Line, Wangansen) boundary shall be 2 meters or more.
(3) The structure shall be a fire-resistant building or a simple fire-resistant building.
(4) Use shall be automobile-related facilities, factories, warehouses, or houses attached to them.
(5) The fence shall be transparent, such as hedges or crimp nets.
8 Other districts
Use shall not be a house, apartment house, dormitories or boarding house. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to houses necessary for the operation of the facilities shown in the attached land use plan.
