(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use is for single-family private housing (Note: living together 2 households).
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters.
(3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(4) The site cannot be subdivided.
(5) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 50 cm or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of next kakugo.
Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
We offer for i storeroom or other similar uses, and height of eaves is less than 2.3 meters, and total floor area is less than 5 square meters.
