    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family home (including two-family living together).
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters.
    (3) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (4) Subdivision of the site shall not be possible.
    (5) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 50 cm or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to any of next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
    (C) Automobile garage corresponding to the basement floor
    (7) Blocking, perennial, etc. are prohibited. However, the height is 1. This does not apply to those that are 2 meters or less and comply with laws and regulations.
