  (Standards for Buildings)
  Article 8 The site, structure, and use of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
  1 Site
  (b) The minimum area of the site shall be 150 m2.
  (b) The ground surface of the site (when the agreement is concluded) must not be changed by cutting or embankment. (Excluding the temporary number 10 and temporary number 46.) However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building a garage attached to the building.
  2 Applications
  Single-family homes (Note: Includes two-family living together housing), clinic combined housing (excluding veterinary clinics), or dual-use housing stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
  3 Others
  Block walls, etc. with a height of 2m or more must not be built.
