  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of buildings in District A shall be single-family houses (including two-family living together houses), clinics and multi-purpose houses in accordance with the provisions of Article 130-3 of the Cabinet Order.
    The use of buildings in District B shall be single-family houses (including two-family living together houses), apartment houses, tenement houses, clinics and multi-purpose houses in accordance with Article 130-3 of the Cabinet Order.
    Provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.
    (2) The height of the building shall be 10 meters or less from the ground surface (at the time of the announcement of the agreement), and the height of the eaves shall be 7.5 meters or less.
    (3) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit about thing that part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
    (4) When installing fences attached to buildings, fences, hedges, etc. shall be open.
    (5) When the site is divided or integrated and re-divided, the site area shall be 180 square meters or more in District A and 165 square meters or more in District B.
