    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site and position of building in Article 5 agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest that can be built in the first-class low-rise residential area and their attached buildings. In addition, about use of building, about thing which management committee to establish in public interest or building which does not impair purpose to establish in Article 1 and, about thing which steering committee to establish in Article 6 accepted after consultation with Yokohama-shi Is not the case.
    (1) Use of buildings
    Oh, use of building of district A and B district is multi-purpose house which can be built in single-family house (including two-family living together house), clinics, apartment house, tenement house or first-class low-rise residential area I do.
    Use of i C district building shall be used only for those that can be built in the area exclusively for second-class middle- and high-rise residential area. However, a public bath or a veterinary clinic shall not be built.
    Use of cormorant D district building shall be used only for those that can be built in the first-class low-rise residential area. However, a public bath or a veterinary clinic shall not be built.
    Oh, use of building of E district shall be limited to use that can be built in semi-residential area. However, public baths, hotels, inns, majaya, karaoke boxes, pachinko shops, shooting yards, factories, driving schools or veterinary clinics must not be built.
    (2) Form of building
    The height of the building in District C shall be 12 meters or less from the ground surface of the residential land (at the time of the agreement approval is announced).
    (3) Site of the building
    Oh, about A district, B district and C district, site area per building shall be area per block at the time of landfill disposal. However, in the case of dividing the parcel at the time of land replacement, or when integrated and re-dividing, the site area of each section shall be 132 square meters or more.
    When we divide site in iD district and E district, each site area shall be 132 square meters or more.
    (4) Position of buildings
    The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 50 cm or more.
    (5) Others
    When installing fences, fences, hedges, etc. shall be open. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to concrete or block fences with a height of 1.2 meters or less from the ground surface of the residential land.
