(Standards for Buildings)
Article 5 The use, form, structure, site and location of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings necessary for the public interest and their attached buildings that can be built in the first-class low-rise residential area. In addition, about use of building, about building which is necessary for public interest or building which does not impair purpose to prescribe in Article 1, and thing which steering committee to establish in Article 6 admitted after consultation with Yokohama-shi Is not this limit.
(1) Use of buildings
The use of buildings in District A and District B shall be limited to single-family private housing (including two-family living together housing), clinics, apartment houses, tenement houses or first-class low-rise residential areas.
B. The use of the district building shall be limited to the use that can be built in the second-class middle-high-rise residential area. However, public baths or veterinarians shall not be built.
C. The use of the D district building shall be limited to the use that can be built in the first-class low-rise residential area. However, public baths or veterinarians shall not be built.
D) The use of buildings in the E district shall be limited to those that can be built in the semi-residential area. However, public baths, hotels, inns, majaja shops, karaoke boxes, pachinko shops, shooting stations, factories, driving schools, or veterinary clinics must not be built.
(2) Form of Buildings
The height of the building in District C shall be 12 meters or less from the ground surface of the residential land (at the time of the agreement approval announcement).
(3) Site of the building
Oh, about A district, B district and C district, the site area per building shall be the area per block at the time of land replacement. However, when dividing the parcel at the time of land replacement, or when integrating and re-dividing, the site area of each parcel shall be 132 square meters or more.
When dividing the site in D and E districts, the site area of each shall be 132 square meters or more.
(4) Location of buildings
The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary shall be 50 cm or more.
(5) Others
When installing a fence, fences, hedges, etc. shall be open. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to concrete or block fences whose height from the ground surface of residential land is 1.2 meters or less.
