Tsurugamine Station North District Town Planning Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose

The area around Tsurugamine Station promotes the accumulation of urban functions in order to enhance the convenience of daily living activities such as shopping and cultural activities, and to provide a variety of employment opportunities to citizens seeking places to work nearby. I am.

2 Consultation Area

Each part of Tsurugamine 1-chome and Tsurugamine 2-chome, Asahi-ku: Approx. 5 ha (as shown in the attached figure)

Information on 3 Districts

In the north area of Tsurugamine Station, we are studying redevelopment with local people. When redevelopment is commercialized, please proceed with the new architectural plan in consideration of the progress of the study of redevelopment.
In the Tsurugamine Station south area, the first-class urban redevelopment project has been completed, and the Tsurugamine Station south exit district district plan has been designated.

4. Contents of discussion

(1)Applications

In order to create a commercial business space suitable for the station square and create a lively atmosphere, please consider the commercial, business, service facilities, etc. on the first floor.

(2)Wall retreat

Water supply (as shown in the attachment)

In order to secure pedestrian space, about the first floor part, please retreat the wall more than 1.5m from the road boundary. In the area where the wall has retreated, minimize the steps from the road surface and avoid installing advertising materials and equipment.

(3)Parking lot

The position of the entrance should be a position that does not hinder the passage of pedestrians and cars.

(4)bicycle parking lots

Please secure the required number of units according to the application.

(5)Landscape

Oh, color and material of building should be architectural design in harmony with cityscape scenery.

(6)Promotion of greening

Please promote greening to create moisture in the district.
