Futamatagawa Station Area Community Development Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose
The area around Futamatagawa Station is an area around the base station that enhances the convenience and comfort of living activities such as shopping and cultural activities, and also promotes the accumulation of urban functions in order to provide a variety of employment opportunities for the people seeking places to work in their vicinity. Specifically, we will promote the accumulation of various living-related facilities such as commercial facilities, the promotion of the maintenance of business facilities that will be places for employment, and the planned maintenance of walking spaces.
2 Consultation Area
Asahi Ward Futamatagawa 1-chome, Futamatagawa 2-chome and one part of Honmuracho: approximately 17ha (as shown in the attached area map).
3 Exclusion of consultation
Detached private houses are not subject to consultation.
4. Contents of discussion
(1) Applications
Please try to make the first floor above the ground for commercial, business, service facilities, etc.
(2) Wall retreat
In order to secure a safe and comfortable walker space, the buildings on the site facing the target route shown in the area map are required to use land, such as communalization of the site and buildings and high use of the site. Please do as necessary, and in principle, please retreat the wall surface of 1.5m or more from the road boundary. Non-blue vacant space is also possible.
※For the part where the wall surface has retreated, eliminate the step with the road surface and the wall surface retreat of the adjacent land, maintain the sidewalk-like maintenance, and signage, cubicle, planting, garbage storage, automatic vending machine, self-turning Avoid installing things that hinder the pedestrian space such as parking lots.
(3) Parking lot
The position of the entrance and exit should be a position where there is no obstacle to the passage of the walker and the automatic vehicle.
(4) bicycle parking lots
Please secure the required number of vehicles according to the intended use so that no self-turn vehicles will be left on the road.
(5) Landscape
Oh, about color Aya and material of building, please make architectural design in harmony with cityscape scenery.
