Futamatagawa Station Area Community Development Consultation Guidelines

1 Purpose

 The area around Futamatagawa Station enhances the convenience and comfort in shopping activities such as shopping and cultural activities, as well as providing a variety of employment opportunities for citizens seeking to work nearby. We promote the accumulation of urban functions in order to provide a variety of employment opportunities. Specifically, we will promote the accumulation of various living-related facilities such as commercial facilities, the promotion of the maintenance of business facilities that serve as places for employment, and the planned maintenance of pedestrian spaces.

2 Consulting Area

 Asahi Ward Futamatagawa 1-chome, Futamatagawa 2-chome and Honmuracho: approx. 17ha (as shown in the attached area map)

3 Exclusion of consultation

 Departed exclusive housing is not subject to consultation.

4 Content of discussion

(1) Applications

 Please try to make the first floor part of the ground for commercial, business, service facilities, etc.

(2) Retreatment of wall

 For buildings on the site facing the target line shown in the area map, in order to secure a safe and comfortable walker space, the building on the site facing the target line shown in the area map are required to secure a safe and comfortable walker space.  Please secure the required number of vehicles according to the use so that no self-transfer vehicles do not occur on the road.

(5) Landscape
