Tama Plaza Station Area Community Development Agreement details

Established: November 26, 2002
Based on Article 6 of the "Tamaplaza Station Area Community Development Agreement", the following details are determined.
1.Site
In order to form high-quality city assets appropriate in front of Tama Plaza Station, we will strive for an integrated plan by communalizing with adjacent residential lands. In addition, in order to secure a good local environment, we will strive not to divide it into small and irregular sites.
2.Sidewalk-shaped open space, etc.
(1) Sidewalk-like open space
Strive to harmonize the color and material of the pavement with the surrounding area so that the atmosphere is unified for each street. For materials, use materials that have anti-slip effect.
(2) Retracted part of the wall
In order to enhance the attractiveness of the city, we will strive to create an open terrace at the storefront, a space for customers, and a greening space.
(3) Open space
In order to create a gate part of the station symbol axis and as a crosspoint of the city, we will strive to create an open and spacious space in harmony with the South Exit Traffic Plaza.
3.Use of buildings
(1) Symbol axis in front of the station and along the axis around the station (see "Basic Structure Map of the City")
In order to form the continuity of the bustle of the street, the use of the first floor of the building facing the symbol axis in front of the station and the circumference axis in front of the station shall be goods sales, eating and drinking, service stores, etc., and offices etc. shall not be closed I do.
Basic structure of the city
(2) Along the migratory axis (see "Basic Structure Map of the City")
Along the migratory axis where stores and houses coexist, in order to create a fun space for visitors to walk, the use of the first floor of the facility facing the migratory axis is to be merchandise sales, eating and drinking, service stores, etc. When establishing an urban house, we will strive to make it a promenade-type house that creates interaction with the migration axis.
*Promenade housing: Urban housing that takes into account the bustle of the excursion axis, the cityscape, and the exchange.

4.Type of building
(1) Color of the exterior walls of the building
In order to harmonize with the surrounding area, the colors of the outer walls of the building shall be calm and do not use sharp colors. When using strong colors, use them as accents after considering harmony with the outer wall of the building.
(2) Rooftop facilities
In consideration of the scenery from the street, the rooftop equipment will be devised by setting up a wall or covering the four laps with a louver.
(3) Around the entrance
In order to create a city that is friendly to people, we will eliminate steps from the sidewalk around the entrance and exit, and strive to create a universal design that is easy for anyone to use.
(4) Consideration for neighboring areas
In order to consider the detached residential area outside the adjacent area, the building facing the outer axis of the area will retreat the wall at least 4m from the road boundary for the part exceeding 15m in height.
5.Greening
(1) In order to create a green and moist district environment, the area around the site, around the building, balconies, rooftops, etc. will be greened as much as possible to create a cityscape full of greenery.
(2) On the site facing the station square symbol axis and the station square axis, we will strive to create a comfortable shaded space along with street trees.
(3) The retreat of the wall facing the outer axis of the district will be considered in the adjacent residential area, and efforts will be made to greening hedges.
6.Directing the streets
(1) Street furniture
Considering the cityscape scenery and securing pedestrian space, we will consider setting up a street furniture suitable for the cityscape in the Tama Plaza station area.
※Street furniture refers to benches, plant boxes, telephone boxes, pergola, lighting, gates, drinking fountains, sculptures, etc.
(2) Store shutters
It will be a structure that allows window shopping such as transparent shutters.
(3) Sunshade tent
Consideration should be given to the cityscape. In addition, it will be installed sufficiently away from the ground surface so that it will not hinder the passage of pedestrians.
(4) Night Lighting
In order to be able to walk safely and happily at night, use lighting, etc. to consider the production of the cityscape at night.
7.Signboards and advertising materials
(1) Signboards and advertisements shall be installed in accordance with the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance.
(2) In order to consider the cityscape, signboards and advertisements shall be excellent in design, and shall be consolidated as much as possible. In addition, signboards that express the name of each store and the type of business will be mainly used, and signboards and advertisements for manufacturers etc. will be avoided as much as possible.

B. Sleeve signs and independent signs
Limited to the name of individual stores and tenants.
C wall signboard
Based on the name display of individual stores and tenants, installation will be made in consideration of harmony with the design of the wall.

Make it fun to visualize the type of business, business type, and products of the store visually.

8.Parking lot, bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area
(1) Considering the cityscape, the owner shall maintain parking lots and bicycle parking lots according to the type of business, business type and scale of the building.
(2) Considering the safety of pedestrians, parking entrances and exits will be consolidated as much as possible.
(3) Considering the cityscape, parking lots, bicycle parking lots and cargo handling areas will be provided with planting belts.
9.Garbage storage
(1) Considering the cityscape, set up a garbage storage area for temporary storage as much as possible. In addition, consideration should be given to the establishment of planting belts.
(2) At stores where garbage is generated, each person will set up a garbage storage area on the premises.
10. Improvement of living environment
In planning housing, we will maintain a good living environment while coexisting with commercial facilities.
(1) Carefully consider the layout of the residential building and ensure ventilation, sunshine, and lighting.
(2) In addition, the following matters should be noted in the formation of the cityscape.

11. Others
