Notification system for acts in the area of city planning

About report of city planning

When performing construction such as construction in an area where the district maintenance plan of the district plan is established, please notify the department in charge of the district with design documents etc. to the registration form at least 30 days before the start of construction. When you accompany building confirmation application, please file for report before confirmation application.
Confirm that the notification conforms to the contents stipulated in the city planning.
The period until the duplicate is returned is approximately 1-2 weeks. If there are any deficiencies, it may take more time.

[If there is a plan change]
If you intend to change the design or construction method for matters pertaining to the notification, please notify the section in charge of the district with design documents etc. to the change registration form at least 30 days before the start of the construction related to the change. When you accompany plan change application of building confirmation, please file for report before the application.

We ask you to submit two copies of the main and secondary copies.

The attached documents vary depending on the act.
In the attached book, please specify "the situation that conforms to the restrictions stipulated in matters related to buildings in the district maintenance plan".
※In the case of a change, please attach the book pertaining to the change. In attached book, please specify "part pertaining to change" and "the situation where the part conforms to restrictions such as buildings of district maintenance plan".

Remarks
※1. This includes extensions that do not involve confirmation applications.
※2. Notification is required only when "restrictions on the use of buildings" is stipulated in the district maintenance plan.
※3. Notification is also required when "restrictions on forms such as buildings or designs" are stipulated in the district maintenance plan.
※4. Notification is required only when "Matters related to conservation such as forest land" is stipulated in the district maintenance plan.
※5. It is necessary only when "minimum of greening rate of building" is established in district maintenance plan.
※6. Depending on the items stipulated in the district maintenance plan, please also submit various specifications, quadrature diagrams, quadrature tables, etc.

Notification method

The department in charge varies depending on the district. The inquiry section at the bottom of the page of each city planning is the section in charge.

Notification by bringing to the counter

Please report directly to the section in charge.

Notification by mail

Please enclose a reply envelope with the reply address and a stamp attached, and mail it to the section in charge.

Notification by electronic application system

This notification is compatible with electronic applications. Please access the form from the link below.
Please fill in required items in registration form for acts in the district planning area and upload a complete set of required documents such as registration form and other drawings. (From June 2023, the number of entries in the form has been reduced. Please submit the notification required items after filling out the registration form Form.)

When the contents of the plan do not conform to the city planning

When act pertaining to report does not conform to city planning, city can recommend that we take change of design or other necessary measures.
If the non-conforming matter is a part that is ordinanced based on the Building Standards Law, the building confirmation will not be reviewed.
Anyone who does not submit a report or makes a false report may be fined.
