Based on the regulations about creation of attractive cityscape of Yokohama-shi, we established policy to create area and attractive cityscape, guideline (act guideline) of design about act. In district, company and Yokohama-shi perform creative discussion based on pre-determined policy and action guidelines established in advance and aim at creation of high-quality cityscape.

In order to form a good landscape in cities, Noyama fishing villages, etc., the basic philosophy, the responsibilities of the country, local governments, etc. can be determined, and local governments can independently determine landscape plans and landscape agreements. （→ To the homepage of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Landscape Act (outside site)）

Based on the Landscape Act, we will determine policies for the formation of areas and good landscapes, standards for the construction of buildings (landscape formation standards), etc., according to the local landscape formation. When we perform construction of building in area, report to Yokohama-shi is necessary.
