Higashitotsuka area

In Motoichi, this area is positioned as a regional base, and by appropriate guidance of private development, we are promoting the accumulation of various functions and the creation of a safe and comfortable town.
In the east side of the station, after the opening of Higashitotsuka Station on the Yokosuka Line in October 1980, comprehensive urban development is being promoted under the theme of "New City Higashitotsuka" for the 21st century.

In the central block adjacent to the station square, a specific block is determined by city planning, and various functions such as commerce, culture, and housing connected from the station by the roof corridor are accumulated.

In the station west area, in accordance with the Higashitotsuka west district land readjustment project, the "Higashitotsuka west district plan" is decided, and town planning is guided.

In the local area, the “Higashitozuka Station Area Development Committee” has been organized, and while discussing individual building activities, we are promoting a city with a sense of unity as a whole.
