Overview of the District
The area around Ofuna Station is located on the north side of Ofuna Station, one of the city's leading terminal stations, and in order to accumulate urban functions suitable as a regional base, urban redevelopment projects in Ofuna Station North 1st and 2nd districts I have been doing.

Ofuna Station North 2nd district (completed)
In the northern second district of Ofuna Station, we have expanded the provisional plaza to improve the station square for smooth traffic processing and improve urban infrastructure, such as improving the aging mechanical bicycle parking lots, as well as renewing the functions of commercial facilities and supplying urban housing to enhance the base of the entire north exit, and to improve the convenience and safety of living.
In July 2016, the rights conversion was approved and the demolition of existing buildings was started. After that, the facility building was completed in February 2021, and the urban infrastructure facilities (such as station squares) were completed in March 2022.
