Ofuna Station north district town planning consultation guidelines (discontinued)

As a regional base in the western part of Sakae Ward with major transportation terminal functions, we aim to create a traffic plaza and comfortable pedestrian spaces in line with the Ofuna Station North Exit Opening Plan, as well as commercial, business, housing, etc., closely related to daily life. We promote town planning aimed at activation of district and improvement of convenience.

(1)Installation of parking lots

In order to prevent on-street parking and create a safe and comfortable environment, please secure the necessary parking lot and bicycle parking lot according to the building use and scale. The installation location is basically on the premises, but if it is unavoidable, it may be remote.

Please consider the form and design of the building to be in harmony with the cityscape.

(3)Promotion of Greening

In order to create a moist environment, consider greening as much as possible.
