Ofuna Station North District Town Planning Consultation Guidelines (Abolished)

As a regional base in western Sakae Ward, which has a major transportation terminal function, we aim to create a traffic plaza and a comfortable pedestrian space in line with the plan to open the north exit of Ofuna Station, and promote urban development aimed at revitalizing the district and improving convenience by accumulating functions such as commerce, business and housing that are closely related to daily life.

(1)Installation of parking lots

In order to prevent on-street parking and create a safe and comfortable environment, secure necessary parking lots and bicycle parking lots according to the building use and scale. The installation location is basically on the premises, but if unavoidable, it may be a remote area.

(2)Landscape

Please consider the form and design of the building to harmonize with the cityscape.

(3)Promotion of greening

In order to create a moist environment, consider greening as much as possible.

(4)Cooperation with planned projects

As we examine redevelopment projects in town planning consultation area, I would like understanding, cooperation.
