Outline of district

 Sotetsu Futamatagawa Station is a key point of transportation where the main line and the Izumino Line branch, and there are facilities such as a driving test site, cancer center, and Children's Nature Park are located in Kanagawa Prefecture.
 The redevelopment building "Alcott Futamatagawa" was completed at the north exit in 1996, and the redevelopment building "Copre Futamatagawa / Gray Shea Tower Futamatagawa" was completed at the south exit in 2018.
 In addition, in an area of about 17ha around the station, we provide town planning guidance based on the Futamatagawa Station area town planning consultation guidelines.

Futamatagawa Station South Exit District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project

 In the Futamatagawa south exit district, we will strengthen the traffic nodal function, such as by improving the south exit traffic plaza, as well as function accumulation that takes advantage of wide-area bases such as child care support facilities, welfare facilities, business facilities, commercial facilities, and urban housing. As a project to promote the development of the eastern Kanagawa area line directly connected to the heart of Tokyo.Kamoi Kamiiida Line.
