Land readjustment is one of the methods of urban development projects that comprehensively organize irregular residential land and private roads, along with the improvement and improvement of public facilities such as roads and parks. Through the land readjustment project, the land will be provided little by little as the value of residential land has increased, and allocated to public facilities land. This is called "reduction".
In the land readjustment project in the first phase of the roadside area such as the Futatsu Bridge Northern Mitsukyo Shimokusayanagi Line, the total value of residential land before the project (land other than public land) is larger than the total value of residential land after the project.
