Land Readjustment Project

Land readjustment is one of the methods of urban development projects that comprehensively organizes irregular residential lands and private roads, along with the improvement and improvement of public facilities such as roads and parks. Through the land readjustment project, the land will be provided little by little as the value of residential land has increased, and will be allocated to public facilities land. This is called "decrease walking".

The land readjustment project in the first phase of the roadside district, such as the northern Mitsukyo Shimosoyagi Line in the northern part of Futatsu Bridge, the total value of the residential land before the project (land other than public land) is larger than the total value of the residential land after the project.
