1 Enforcement area, road planning related

Q: Will the enforcement district be decided by this plan?

Answer This time, I explained it as the most rational plan at the present time, taking into account the layout of roads and the development of residential land. Since this is not the final plan yet, there is a possibility that it will be changed in the future as individual interviews are conducted.

Question Are you considering this road plan, including the traffic volume due to the theme park scheduled to be built in the former Kami Seya Communication Facility area in the future?

Answer At this time, we are planning based on the prediction of traffic volume around this area, including the development of the former Kami Seya Communication Facility Area.

Question The intersection shape in front of Seya Elementary School seems to change, but can cars coming from the north side pass south as before?

Question It is said that a regulating pond will be placed near the Aizawa River, but it was not the previous plan. What kind of study did you become in this position?

Answer It is desirable to install the regulating pond close to the river that will be the end of the river. In the previous plan, the ground height of the land around the Aizawa River was low, and the necessary capacity could not be secured as a regulating pond, so we did not plan a regulating pond at this place. . As a result of reviewing the road plan this time, the ground height around this area increased and it became possible to place a regulating pond, so we decided to place it at this position.

Question Will all areas in the district be free of telephone poles?

Answer In maintenance of city planning road, we plan to eliminate telephone poles. In addition, we are discussing with related organizations in the direction of eliminating telephone poles on other connected roads.

Question At present, the temporary location of evacuation sites is the planned site of the regulating pond, where is temporary evacuation site?

Question Do you not maintain the park?

Answer When we maintain park, there is aspect that burden of local everybody increases in aspect such as reduction rate or depreciation acquisition. Question Will the district be commercialized as a whole after the second term, or is there a third term district?

Answer At this time, we are considering plans in the direction of commercialization as one.

2 How to proceed with projects and construction

Question How long is the project period expected?

Answer The first district currently under business is approximately 10 years from the decision of the business plan. Since the second and subsequent periods, the district has many houses and the terrain is complicated, so we believe that it will take longer.

Can't we do it without question reduction?

Answer Please think that there is a decrease in the structure of the business.

Question After commercialization, will construction be carried out all at once in the district?

Answer We think that it is difficult to start construction all at once in the district. We will consider the construction process, such as which area to start construction, in the future, but we believe that construction will start from one side (or both ends) of the district.

Question Will the area around the Aizawa River be embankment?

Answer In the examination at this stage, the embankment will be about 2-3m from the current situation.

Question I'm worried about liquefaction due to embankment, etc., but do you take measures?

Question Who is building a new house on the land?
