Questionnaire survey results on the redevelopment project around Kami-Ooka Station

Since the "Kamiooka C Minami District Urban Redevelopment Project" was completed in 2012, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the "Urban Redevelopment Project around Kami-Ooka Station".

From July to August 2012, the survey was conducted by mail or on the street for residents around the station and those using the area around Kami-Ooka Station.

As a result of the survey, as a result of the evaluation of the "Redevelopment Project around Kami-Ooka Station", 86.4% of the top two items that can be evaluated were "convenient shopping due to accumulation of commercial facilities", and "It is easy to change trains and buses" 59.4%, and the top two items expected in the future are "I want you to increase the space with greenery and ample space" 5.

In the “Comprehensive Evaluation of the Kamiooka C Minami Area Redevelopment Project”, the total of “very good” and “generally good” was 84.8% for residents around the station and 82.9% for visitors.
