Results of questionnaire survey on Totsuka Station West Exit Redevelopment Project

We carried out citizen questionnaire survey about "Totsuka Station West Exit first district second kind urban area redevelopment project" completed in March, 2013.

The survey was conducted by (1) residents around the station, (2) visitors to the station, (3) redevelopment building operators, (4) visitors to the Totsuka Ward, and (5) visitors to the Tozuka Kumin Cultural Center for one month from October 1 to 31, 2013.

As a result of the survey, regarding "evaluation of redevelopment projects", the ratio of "very good" and "well good" was combined was 74.5% for residents around the station, and (2) Station use 74.6% of visitors.
