Survey results on the Totsuka Station West Exit Redevelopment Project

About "Totsuka Station West Exit first district second-class urban area redevelopment project" completed in March, 2013, we carried out citizen questionnaire survey.

The survey included (1) residents around the station, (2) visitors to use the station, (3) redevelopment building operators, (4) visiting Totsuka Ward, (5) visiting the Tozuka Residents' Cultural Center. For one month from October 1 to 31, 2013, we carried out by mail or distribution at the station.

As a result of the survey, regarding the “evaluation of the redevelopment project”, the results of “very good” and “mayor good” was (1) 74.5% for residents around the station, (2) 74.6% of visitors using the station.
