Seven Goals of Urban Design

Incorporate aesthetic, human value, natural, historical, and cultural value of each region into community development.
The following points are the goals of urban design.

(1) Advocating pedestrian activities and ensuring safe and comfortable pedestrian spaces.
(2) We value natural features such as local topography and vegetation.
(3) We value the historical and cultural assets of the region.
(4) Enriching open spaces and greenery.
(5) We value waterside spaces such as the sea and rivers.
(6) Increase the number of places where people can interact and communicate.
(7) Seek morphological and visual beauty.
