Overview
In the case of integrating a small site with the neighboring land and using it together, or when an unconnected site is integrated with the neighboring land and using it together, we will support the cost.
◆Target: Relatives within the third degree of the owner of the land to be integrated into the neighboring land or the landowner (regardless of individuals or corporations)
◆Covered expenses: Surveying and registration costs, land prices, brokerage fees related to real estate acquisition

About application
Application and approval are required to receive assistance before integration. Please feel free to consult with the Disaster Prevention Town Development Promotion Section.
◆Major requirements
- Subsidized areas: 1-chome and 3-chome Nishitobe-cho, Nishi-ku, 1-chome and 2-chome Yamamoto-cho, Naka-ku
- It cannot be used for transactions such as family members or inheritance.
- The narrow site or unconnected road site and the adjacent site must be mutually owned by different persons who are not relatives within the third degree.
- Integration of neighboring land by inheritance or gift
- According to the Building Standards Law, the land after the integration needs to be a site where the building can be built.
- The land after the integration of the neighboring land should be used as one site (however, split after the integration may be permitted depending on the conditions).
- The site area after the integration of the neighboring land must conform to the minimum site area according to the Building Standards Law.
- Land after the integration of neighboring land must be in contact with roads, etc. under the Building Standards Law of 2m or more
- At the time of application, there is a building on a narrow site or an uncontracted road site, and it is necessary to dismantle the building after application. You can apply even if it is not built on the adjacent site to be integrated.
