Overview
We will support the cost when a small site is integrated with the neighboring land and used integrally, or when an unaccounted site is integrated with the neighboring land and used integrally.
◆Target: The owner of the land to be integrated in the neighboring land or relatives within the third degree of the landowner (regardless of individual or corporation)
◆Subject expenses: Survey and registration costs, land price, brokerage commissions related to real estate acquisition

About application
Application and approval are required before integration to receive assistance. Please feel free to consult with the Disaster Prevention Community Development Promotion Section.
◆Major Requirements
- Subsidized districts: 1-chome and 3-chome Nishitobe-cho, Nishi-ku, 1-chome and 2-chome Yamamoto-cho, Naka-ku
- It cannot be used for transactions such as family or inheritance.
- The narrow or unapproached site and the adjacent site must be owned by different persons who are not relatives within the third degree.
- Not integration of neighboring land by inheritance or gift
- The land after the integration must be a site where the building can be built under the Building Standards Law.
- The land after the integration of the adjacent land should be used as one site (however, depending on conditions, division after the integration may be permitted.)
- The site area after the integration of the adjacent land must conform to the minimum site area according to the Building Standards Law-related regulations.
- Land after the integration of neighboring land should be in contact with roads under the Building Standards Law at least 2m
- At the time of application, there is a building on a small site or a non-contact site, and it is necessary to dismantle the building after application. You can apply even if it is not located on the adjacent site to be integrated.
