Lets! Farming experience!

This is a series of lectures for elementary school students and their families to experience a series of farming work from planting to harvesting. Focusing on the cultivation and management of sweet potatoes and peanuts, you can experience various tasks while using farm equipment that you do not usually use, such as hoes!
Let's have fun farming together!

Outline for FY2023
Course schedule

This is a series of six consecutive lectures from June to December.
A simple lecture and agricultural work will be conducted.

The 1st Saturday, June 3rd Planting sweet potato and rats
2nd Saturday, July 1 Management work of sweet potato and peanuts (weeding, soiling, etc.)
3rd Saturday, July 22 Management work (weeding, fertilization, etc.) of sweet potato and crusts
4th Saturday, September 2 Sowing radish, management of sweet potato and peanut management work (weeding, etc.)
5th Saturday, October 14th Harvesting sweet potato and peanuts, how to eat deliciously
6th Saturday, December 9 Daikon harvesting, delicious eating, making humus

From 9:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.
