Application for harvesting experience has been closed! Thank you very much for your application.
Harvest experience of "agriculture and green contact festival" will be held by advance application system!
There are also booths for food and beverage sales and vegetable sales other than the harvest experience.
Please refer to the following for details on the application for harvesting experience.
1 Date and time
Sunday, November 3, 2024 (Sunday/holiday)
Any of the four times in total (10: 30-11: 00, 11: 15-11: 45, 12: 30-13: 00, 13: 15-13: 45)
※You can't specify the time zone.
2 Harvest experience

＊Participation fee will be charged on the day of the event.
＊You can't specify the time zone.
＊You can apply for only one course, either A or B course. Duplicate application of the same person is not possible.
＊Only those who have the winning notification can participate. If you wish to participate, please be sure to apply in advance.
＊It is possible to apply for participation by multiple people (up to 5 people per set), but one set of harvest will be per set.
＊The target age varies depending on the course, so please check again when applying.
In both courses, participants under the third grade of elementary school must be accompanied by a guardian. Parents are required to apply in the same group.
In addition, the upper limit of the number of people (5 people) includes accompanying parents.
＊The harvest is subject to change depending on the growth conditions.
＊Regarding the "flower picking experience", we will freely participate at the reception on the day. (No prior application required)
3 Venues and Access

4 Application Period
From Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to 17:00 on Wednesday, October 16, 2024
＊In the case of a large number of applications, it will be a lottery.
＊Only the winners will be notified by mail about the results of the lottery and participation guidance (time zone, etc.) around late October.
5 How to apply
We will accept it at the Environmental Activity Support Center window.

＊Please note that the application conditions vary depending on the course you apply for.
＊The personal information collected in the application will be properly managed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, and will be used only when necessary for notification.

Only winners will be notified by e-mail by Tuesday, October 22.
＊If you apply directly at the counter
Only the winners will be notified by the winning notice, which will be mailed separately around late October.
